Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 14, 2021 Administrators Share Posted January 14, 2021 Do you have it enabled in LAN & WAN? Also on the Sky hub, does it have IPv6 active for LAN devices?
BL4CK OPS V3TRN
HI Fraser Yes both sides are checked , interestingly I plugged my sky router directly into my Xbox to test and it it worked ... IPV6 showing on the Xbox . Switched back again now to R2 and it only shows IPV4
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 15, 2021 Administrators Share Posted January 15, 2021 Reboot the R2, then after that see if it works with IPv6. If it doesn't could you disable QoS completely from the Congestion Control menu please and see if it works then?

The logs are more useful for devs, reading into them too much can be dangerous as a lot of the messages in there can sound sinister when they're often not! BL4CK OPS V3TRN
Just checked and yes it is there but it drops in and out unlike the IPhone and IPad that have IPV6 address as well as IP4 and are constant . Checking the Xbox network settings it still shows just the IP4 which was not the case when I connected to sky router that clearly identified IPv6 within the Xbox settings
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 19, 2021 Administrators Share Posted January 19, 2021 If you connect the Xbox via WiFi does it impact the result at all?

Many Thanks As far as im aware you cant do this that way. R2 will need to handle PPPoE for your sky connection, then you may have a chance your r2 will dish out the Correct ipv6 to its devices.
