I did not know that The Duma R2 comes with only IPV6 there is no information anywhere on this. Is there a way that someone can help me set up this router with IPV4 compatibility? I cannot use the router because it's not compatible? Why is this a problem with bridge mode in router? I have no idea how to disable the bridge mode. Have you tried resetting the router then going through the setup again as I see your PPPoE.
