Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 13, 2020 Administrators Share Posted October 13, 2020 What if you choose to Prioritize Bandwidth? In theory it would be the same but maybe not.

It's more likely we need to do some Geo-Filter changes rather than an update but that will definitely help. Yes we are considering the best way to do that in future. Hi, any progress on getting the GEO Filter changes so that EU gamers can use the NetDuma R1 router again for Destiny 2? As it stands, the router is not compatible with Destiny 2 outside the US (I haven't used the router now since September). I opted in for the NetDuma 3.0 update for the NetDuma R1 but no feedback from you guys yet. Looking forward to hearing back from you soon. Mrbchambers
My geo filter works as expected, though after a short period of time the geofilter page seems to "time out", and then the rotating spinny circular whispy thing appears, a short while after that it says Error: This Rapp is not loaded yet, please try again in a minute. I retry and the message is repeated until the rotating spinny circular whispy thing remains ad infinitum. This happens far more quickly when I switch to another page/tab, and then return. Meanwhile all the other R apps work without issue. The problem goes away after a reboot, but not for long. Firmware version is:R2 3.0.179. I have done the usual list of things when this sort of thing happens: Reset etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go to the System Information page and in the Rapp panel options change the number of retries from 3 to 5 and then reboot the router and see if that prevents it. Made the changes and still getting 'Beavered' when going to the tower and starting PvP.

Is there any patterns regarding when it seems to happen, high network usage, interface being on for a long time etc?

I have a dedicated internet for my gaming needs, so I know when usage is high, and I would say there is no network usage to Rapp failure to load correlation (I could have said there are no patterns there?). I notice the Rapp fail to load message most around 19:00 GMT, as that is when I tend to want to use the geofilter, and see the message, but the problem could appear earlier. So can't say for definite if that is when it happens. Though it must be about then, because I have the Geofilter page as a pinned tab (Safari/Imac), and never knock that machine off. Which leads nicely into you query about the interface.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 15, 2021 Administrators Share Posted January 15, 2021 Just to clarify, so you have the interface up basically all the time? If so can you close it when you're not using it and see if that fixes it please?
