Make sure you've entered the speeds you expect in the Anti-Bufferbloat menu, how are you testing the speeds, via ethernet?

Yes I was checking via a ethernet I have PPPoE connection I tested on dialup like I straight connect isp cable to my pc and put my username and password and when I speed test I'll get full speed

There aren't any specific settings I'd suggest for PPPoE users. Do you get packet loss if you do a ping plotter or cmd test to a website?
