Warzone servers

Ive been playin warzone  since lauch  

But im  wandering if any one else is expiriencing this

I mainy play on a dedi with a ping of around 9 ms  but  my ingame ping is around 35 to 45 ms

Somtimes i play on a 16  fdei and ingam ping shows around 40 to 55ms around

For me it seems to be adding a lot higher delay thahn cod mw

Cod mw gave me a delay of 16ms on ps4

On pc theres around 7ms delay on cod mw

But warzone seeme around 30ms delay or higher

Is any one else getting this as well as me

The servers are all messed up right now probably due to overload.

It's only just come out and with everything going on the above is most likely. Services are being throttled to cope with the increase.

I've been having bad hit reg, been booted offline mid match and then not being able to connect again for the last week.

It's because MW Warzone has a lower tickrate, 30Hz instead of 60Hz.

 

In game ping is measured from the UDP packetflow and the time between packets is twice as long in Warzone, 33 vs 16ms.

I thought the same as you bert about 30hz

But From my expiriencine  looking at the servers mine are always 60hz around ive played on

But i defently think your right on 30hz

As its always running at least 32ms delay  never lower

Unlike cod mw 

On ps4 the lowest delay was 16ms

 

 

I know the servers are bad   and being stress tested due to the big demmand

But  for me i cant find a server  with less than a 32ms delay ever in 100s of games

As every game i check the game servers to check ping to the server

 

My question was more to do with asking if any one else was expiriencing  the same delay

Fraser that makes sence about thorrtling the servers due too  massive demands 

 

Because im pretty sure  in the first week i was playing on a server with 16ms delay

What i mean by delay is it adds  32 ms to your base ping shown on the netdumar geo filter just incase  sombody  reading this and dosent understand

Bacause somtimes  i find it hard to expain it well

It might also be a frame rate issue since PC gets a 7ms increase. (144Hz) Would not supprise me since the game plays choppy from time to time.

I thought frame rate and hz was the same thing
