Administrators Netduma Admin Posted January 1, 2020 Administrators Share Posted January 1, 2020 Hi there - not sure I fully understand the question, but I think you're saying that you have two consoles on the same network but you are not able to get to party chat. Could you make sure UPNP is enabled on your XR500 - I'd also recommend deleting any port forwarding rules and DMZ as this may confuse your router and mean only one console works fully and the other does not. yanis-paris
UPNP are already enable. We can connect to PS4 party chat. But heard just a half of words. I already try disable DMZ and port forwarding too.
Administrators Netduma Alex Posted January 2, 2020 Administrators Share Posted January 2, 2020 Are you using Geo-Filter? Make sure that all devices in Geo-Filter are set to Spectating Mode and test party chat again.
