Kevin.pal Posted November 8, 2019 Posted November 8, 2019 My base ping is 6ms should I place my geo filter ping assist to 10ms or leave it at 30ms wondering if this will help my cod connection versus other gamers in the word? cheers
N3CR0 Posted November 8, 2019 Posted November 8, 2019 When I used to use the geo back when I had a 7ms base ping, I used to put ping assist on either 15 or 20ms. 10ms is too low imho.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 8, 2019 Administrators Posted November 8, 2019 As above, a good rule of thumb is to use 10-20ms above your base ping to start with and if you struggle with that then raise it slightly.

Otherwise I would find the servers that play the best for you and place radius around them so you play on those severs consistently. There usually isn't a server below 25-30ms anyways in most cases.
Kevin.pal Posted November 9, 2019 Author Posted November 9, 2019 Do we c know if there is a Seattle server that works? I can’t get any games if I place me geo filter over it with ping assist to 0
Administrators Netduma Alex Posted November 11, 2019 Administrators Posted November 11, 2019 It's possible that the Seattle servers are full when you tried this. It's also possible that different servers are used for different game modes, and the server you're trying to connect to isn't running the mode you're wanting to play.
Kevin.pal Posted November 11, 2019 Author Posted November 11, 2019 Is there a way to see how many gamers are on each server? I feel there should be some kind of way to figure this out for a gamer perspective
