I was gone for a few days so wasn't able to disable the cookies tell yesterday. So far it's been ok but I'd still like to give it a few more days before I say for sure.

Yea be sure to test it out throughly..... If it stops the rebooting maybe lain could have a look at why cookies enabled do this.. And maybe fix it in the next update fingers crossed it works for you. As ive stated above I have not had one reboot since doing this :)

Thats good new Clinton, how strange if it is this issue and that it is only affecting a couple of people.

And why do some R1's do it and others do not? Luckily I've never had this happen to me since enabling cookies was released.

I'm not sure why this is happening as there should be no correlation between having cookies enabled and the rebooting issue. If its working though thats great!

2 days in and all is well.

I was just wondering how its going for you, have you had any reboots since ?

Mine still has not rebooted once :)

I spoke to Iain at the time and he assured me there was no way, coding wise that cookies off and rebooting could be in any way connected. Hopefully the next few upgrades will just solidify the solid experience of the duma and the issue will float away into the ether :P

Guess I'll have to wait and see then :)
