Is there no way to disable the Virgin Hub firewall to see if it fixes the issue? At least then we could narrow it down.

Thanks! If that does fix it then we'll have to look at putting an exception into the firewall for the Netduma. Having the firewall off permanently might not be great for your wireless devices.

Well i can tell you, disabling the firewall on the the virgin hub 3.0. never change a thing... going to turn the fire wall back on now.. what next, lol.

PC firewalls can also do this as well, do you have any of those or any Anti-Virus programs? For example BitDefender caused an issue. If you disable all those can you get access at all?

ive got an apple Mac mini (Mid 2010)2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo2 GB 1067 MHz DDR3 NVIDIA GeForce 320M 256 MB

Ps.. No anti virus or malware... All i did was change internet providers.. Change from the sky router to the virgin router and this is where my problems started..

As you were on Sky did you need to input anything into the router like PPPoE to gain a connection and was this still applied when switching over to the Virgin router?

I didnt need to input anything into the router when i had sky and when i got the virgin hub i did not apply PPPoE..

Okay let's try downgrading and upgrading the router.

Follow this guide to downgrade the router back to the original firmware: http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000085792-downgrading-back-to-the-original-r1-firmware-from-dumaos

Then follow this guide to upgrade the router back to the latest: http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000085793-upgrading-your-netduma-r1-to-dumaos-from-the-original-r1-firmware

im back.. did the downgrade and then upgrade. I let the duma os program run for an hour and still having the same problem.

This is an error message i got after trying to reboot the R1 from Duma os home screen.      Error: AJAX GET request to /json/clusters.json?cache=0 failed with 0, : error

Did you do a factory reset after re-upgrading? If not I would suggest you re-do the process and then do a factory reset at the end, that should hopefully remove any legacy issues from the previous firmware and start it off fresh.

Could you get into a state where you're able to access the interface, perhaps by doing the process again then right click on the page and inspect element, go to the console tab and wait for the interface to crash, then take a screenshot with the console tab open and post here please, might be able to get a look at what is failing, it could also be helpful with the network tab as well but we can do that after potentially if console shows nothing.

That's great thank you, I'll ask the team to get a dev to check it. I believe they're busy at the moment so will let you know once they've had a look.
