hi,  im having lots of problems, starting with the most important, on my xbox one i keep having a (cant find teredo ip adress) problem like everyday, everytime i turn xbox on is on strict nat type again and i need to keep restarting routers, wifi is really bad through netduma i uncheck wifi work around but still the same, on my ps4 i need to connect to my isp router to share play cause for some reason i dont have enough speed on netduma router i got 75 down 75 up and im only getting like 20 down and 4 up on ps4 while on netduma even with congestion at a 100%, please i need help ive been trying to fix it myself for the past month cause i dont like bothering nobody but i have a headache already i have tried everything i need somebody to just remote control my computer and check all the settings on both routers to see whats wrong cause i already called my isp and they said since im using another router they cant help.

i already did everything on http://wiki.netduma....ne_tune_netduma i even set all the ports on port foward, my consoles are wired, when i restart the routers my nat is open but when i turn off xbox and come back later on is strict or is open but cant find teredo ip and than i need to restart routers again for it to be open, sometimes i just click apply on port forward and that works but sometimes it doesn't, my ps4 says nat type 2 i dont play fps games there but i do share playing sometimes and i dont get enough speed when connected on netduma i dont know why, and i use WiFi on laptop and phone and sometimes it works fine but most of the times i need to desconnect wifi and connect again cause even tho it says connected when i try to open a web page it says no connection but everything else is still online  :(  , thank you in advanced

Hey ville, on your Xbox and PS4 make sure that the connection settings are set to automatic.

Have you entered in your correct bandwidth settings into congestion control and given your PS4 high priority in device prioritisation?

Have you un ticked IPV6 in LAN, WAN and miscellaneous settings?

The PS4 speed test is very inaccurate so don't pay much attention to that. Have you tried using different ethernet cables as well to see if thats the issue?

I'd recommend clearing the ports you forwarded, have you put your ISP hub into modem mode or put the R1 in the hubs DMZ?

If so tick UPNP forwarding in miscellaneous settings?

PS4 nat type 2 is right, it just means you are behind a router and means your NAT is open.

Also please ensure auto and bleeding edge cloud is ticked in miscellaneous settings. See how you get on with this and let us know :)

What modem have you got? You can search for info here but your best bet is to ask your ISP or look up their forum on using modem mode. Its probably easier just to avoid modem mode step and just go with DMZ.

Do you have a ISP ROUTER combo of modem and router in one or you have modem and router ?

im not sure, i have verizon fios, all i know theres a router looking box where the fiber cable goes in to and from that box a black cable that goes to the isp router

ok the dmz method lest try this first

so the idea behind it is that you keep the current set up form Your ISP and you add netduma router in there.

I know you have done everything on fine tuning guide but if i understood correctly you have keep some old port fowrading etc

If you would be you i would start fresh witch means. Reset everything to the default settings on both netDUma router as well as on you ISP router in order to get rid off all those minor changes that could cause issues.

The DMZ method means that you keep you IPS router just as indefault setting with no rules for port fowarding etc. and you set the NETDUMA router IN DMZ thats all you do on your IPS router.

Because NETDUMA have its own Firewall you dont have to worry about any thing then once you do that in stead of portforwarding you just keep the UPnP witch will do all the port forwarding magic for you.

So here is how to do it form fine tuning guide

http://wiki.netduma.com/doku.php?id=fine_tune_nat

If you have done this plus that testing described there you should have your NAT open.

Alternatively you could just delete all of the port forwarding rules on both routers i try that method and see if you NAT open

Lest tackle one thing at the time
