Also your order was placed over christmas weekend so a delay is possible. I am awaiting for something from Netduma which requires a tracking number and I have not received mine yet but I am putting it down to seasonal disruption, but I have tagged Netduma in this post! @Netduma Admin @Netduma Fraser @Netduma Iain @Netduma Jack

Ok, they will respond tomorrow i expect as their office is closed today. They will not send something for delivery over the christmas weekend and as monday was christmas eve they would not have sent it then. They will contact you tomorrow!
