JOE1305
Dear Netduma-Team, after having a bad experience with the DumaOS Beta Testing I wanted to downgrade to the original firmware. I followed every step in the Netduma Forum but it doesnt let me downgrade. The router just reboots and thats all. And can please somebody tell me the username and the password for the original firmware to login? Maybe I make it these days to downgrade but there is an issue. Thanks in advance for your help guys. When you upload the old file what happens?

nuwco
Joe - make sure you're connected to the Netduma wifi. Sometimes it doesn't automatically connect. Your computer is probably connected to another wifi.

Administrators Netduma Admin Posted December 4, 2018 Administrators Share Posted December 4, 2018 Have you downgraded back to pre-DumaOS? If so, you need to remove the extra stuff from your url. It should just say 192.168.88.1 If it's automatically redirecting, try either putting in r1/ instead or try a different browser or clearing your current browser's cache
