when entering DNS 1.1.1.1 and checking them at http://www.whatsmydnsserver.com it shows me that I'm using DNS Google

From what I found in the network, DNS Override is something related to Apple products.

This feature does not work. I entered DNS 1.1.1.1 directly in the settings of my network card in my computer and only then http://www.whatsmydnsserver.com/ showed DNS from Cloudflare.

DNS Override is what you want. Make sure your upstream router doesn't have a custom DNS set as well as that could be the issue

For me it does not work, unfortunately. I made a reset to my modem / router's factory settings from the service provider and set it in modem mode. DumaOS restored to the factory settings and I performed the test on the website http://www.whatsmydnsserver.com/ where it did not show me DNS google only the DNS of my service provider. Then I set up DNS servers 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 on DumaOS but while doing the test at http://www.whatsmydnsserver.com/, I was showing DNS from Cloudflare for a while. At the next test attempt, it showed the DNS of my service provider.

I can’t place a different dns on the newest beta 3.0. Is there something I’m doing wrong? Should I change my dns on my isp first?

It's most likely the issue where you need to input the router MAC address first and then save it - you can find the MAC on the underside of the router. Then you can enter your DNS and save.
