Sorry i forgot to ask  those speeds you posted

Are they before you throtted your speeds with congetion control or after

Also was the reason your congetion control  is set to those  settings because your trying to get a+ buffer bloat

Also do you have enable deeppacket  processing ticked

those speeds are throttled as he is a UK VDSL user the same as me so I can confirm that. His normal speeds will be 80/20 (isp max speeds)  DPI is probably not enabled as that is for PC gaming only!

Surely they must be his 'before throttle' speeds then.

what, with a 5mbps upload? I thought so myself as his 70mbps download speed  at 85% would suggest otherwise. However I cannot think of a sing UK isp that does such a low uncapped upload speed, can you?

Those are  speeds With Congestion Control Set to Off/100%.

Values set to ensure A+ buffer.  Live in a shared space so allows everyone to Netflix, stream, and etc. with minimal impact to my gaming.

I do have deep packet enabled.

Edit:

In the US with Comcast/Xfinity connection

I was just going by the percentages. Neither DL or UL could add up to 80/20, not even close, so I assumed they must be his uncapped speeds - otherwise his 100% DL would be about 200mb.

Doesn't really matter what the ISP offers as it's uncapped max, unless you live close enough to the cabinet to get that number. I only get 5mb UL.
When I was on Virgin Media, I used to get 150/6 or something similar. I expect there are plenty of people that get around 5-6mb UL.

But he's not in the UK anyway.

Yeah, you are right. I came to the same conclusion after thinking about it for a bit. I also checked and agree on the location too.........lol.
