Please check your settings. @Ash1980 The fix has been sent, you're ready to upgrade. @Ezkivel7 Your router is already on DumaOS so you don't need the fix. DogginRocks Posted November 16, 2020 Share Posted November 16, 2020 Hi, I couldn't find the topic where you get an error code when updating WITH version 1.03.6g I got the error code 'undefined' and it told me to contact Netduma, I also read that I am not supposed to turn my router off - help please!! Expand Clear the browser cache/cookies and then you should be able to access. That is to do with the cloud so won't be affected by a firmware update.
