Hi,

I couldn't find the topic where you get an error code when updating WITH version 1.03.6g

I got the error code 'undefined' and it told me to contact Netduma, I also read that I am not supposed to turn my router off - help please!!

Reboot and then as soon as you can access the interface try the upgrade.

I just get a white screen that says

'No such file or directory'

I only went to update it because it was showing my friends in the UK on the westcost of america??

Clear the browser cache/cookies and then you should be able to access. That is to do with the cloud so won't be affected by a firmware update. As long as you add them to your allow list you shouldn't have a problem.

I don't have an ETA but I have chased Alex to see if he can do this as soon as possible.

Hey Fraser,

Can I still use the geo-filter whilst I'm waiting for the fix to be applied.

Yes of course, you can use the interface/router how you wish and we'll let you know when the fix is done.

Sorry about that, Alex is having a little trouble with the PC required to do this fix but he'll get it sorted and will let you know when he has done it.
