no internet connection

hi every one i have had my duma a couple of years now and lastnight my broadband speed had gone down to like 30 from 220 just thought its virgin playing up and it was the same today so i rang them got my speed sorted out and that was just by been connected to the super hub and when i connected back to the duma i have no broadband at all i rebooted and it was still the same i factory reset and still the same i am baffled to be honest anyone have any ideas i am currently back on the super hub

Turn off the Vhub connect the duma up as before.

 

Turn the Vhub back on wait for it to fully boot, turn the Netduma on and re test.
