Ste Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 I tried to change a profile tonight, done it before with no issues. Which I got an error. I then noticed my all the devices have gone from the geofitler and an odd white box has appeared above select service. If I try to set this up again, I can't this box comes up and it won't let me change any thing, i have to refresh the page to get past it. Any ideas on how to fix this ?
Ste Posted May 4, 2017 Author Posted May 4, 2017 I have made no difference, some thing is wrong with the software, its seems to have glitched and at the moment the netduma can't do what it was designed for.
BIG__DOG Posted May 5, 2017 Posted May 5, 2017 the error usually happens when there is a loss of internet signal to the netduma (well that's how it is on mine). If you are on virgin this should sort itself out with a reboot but if is still happening then you may need to do a factory reset and redo all your settiing (unless you made a config backup). the very 1st step after a factory reset is to enable cookies!
Zennon Posted May 5, 2017 Posted May 5, 2017 Try a reboot from misc settings. If this does not work turn off the Duma for 5 minutes then restart.
