EezyGamer
I keep getting a message when playing a game using host migration, it says could not ping, please make sure you have VPN turned off or the firewall is not stopping the ping process. I go into VPN and see it is active for no reason so i disable it, and then it says that it cannot connect to the netduma when i click apply and stays the same. how can i fix this? II N3MES1S II
I remember when I tried using a VPN that it would not disable it either. I got it to disable by rebooting the router after disabling the VPN.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 15, 2016 Administrators Share Posted December 15, 2016 As long as there are no devices select on the page that is fine. Ensure you're using Google Chrome/Firefox.
