Cannot disable VPN

I keep getting a message when playing a game using host migration, it says could not ping, please make sure you have VPN turned off or the firewall is not stopping the ping process. I go into VPN and see it is active for no reason so i disable it, and then it says that it cannot connect to the netduma when i click apply and stays the same. how can i fix this?

no devices are enabled in VPN settings and i have tried to disable firewall and anti-virus but when i try to disable VPN all together, it says it cannot connect to the netduma.

I remember when I tried using a VPN that it would not disable it either.

I got it to disable by rebooting the router after disabling the VPN.

I know it shouldnt be a problem, but i dont understand why i keep getting that message when i start up matchmaking it says, something went wrong check to make sure you have no VPN active or the firewall isnt blocking it. I do have cookies enabled. I have also tried rebooting the router but when i try to disable VPN it says it cannot connect to netduma and disallows me to change it

now when im trying to load up a gaming profile (destiny) it says it could not complete the process because it was unable to ping assist??

Are you using Google Chrome or Firefox? As that should resolve your issue. 

 

Can you take screenshots of what you mean please.
