RoyDavis77
If you reboot the router, you should be able to remove devices that are not connected, one other suggestion is that if you have vpn ticked as i have in the past it will not remove any inactive devices, hth. Netduma Staff Netduma Jack Posted December 12, 2016 Netduma Staff Share Posted December 12, 2016 As RoyDavis77 said above, rebooting via settings > misc should fix this issue if you haven't tried that already. Make sure you disconnect all the devices you wish to delete before doing so.

RoyDavis77
Did you named all the devices, sounds like you're trying to delete devices still connected to the router.
BENORMOUS
If you are wanting to delete devices that are currently connected then block them first then reboot the router from miscellaneous, once back up and running you will be able to remove all devices that are blocked
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 13, 2016 Administrators Share Posted December 13, 2016 If after a reboot you are not able to delete them then that means they are still connected as they've connected back upon the router connecting to the internet again. I would check the IPs on the device manager and see if they correspond with the devices you're using. Otherwise BEN's advise should work as it'll block then connection upon reboot. fuzzy clam
Just to add to the above, sometimes people run into this issue when they have say a laptop and they use it wirelessly AND wired. It will show different IP's and you won't be able to delete it as I have this myself. I'm not saying this is your issue and your milage may vary.
