Folks i dont know if anyone else is having this issue but its only started happening this last week.

basically if i have the geo filter enabled then i cannot get into multiplayer anymore, ive tired increasing the range but unless it encompasses the server on the west coast of the America then it just wont work.

Im in the UK. (Scotland) and always had my location and sreach radius set so that it includes the UK and Ireland, France, Germany, Denmark, Netherlands.. always worked fine but now it just wont let me even into the multiplayer never mind a lobby to search for a game.

please help

Are you sure the European servers are working ok at the moment?

And have you been trying any new settings?

I only ask because a couple of us played earlier this evening, both with Dumas and in the UK, and all but one game played perfectly.

Can you post up a screenshot of your current Geo filter settings please?

Also, can you explain a little more what you mean about not being able to get into multiplayer?

If you mean that you can't even get from the main menu into the multiplayer menu, is it popping up a msg or anything like that?

What happens?

nothing has changed setting wise on my netduma ive not played about with any settings, all i do is disable or enable the geo filter depending on the game im playing. Infinite warfare i always have it enabled.

if i start the game with the geo filter disabled and select multiplayer while having my web browser open on the netduma geo filter page then as per all the server based COD games the wold map lights up with all the server locations.

if i start the game with the geo filter enabled and select multiplayer while having my web browser open on the netduma geo filter page, then again the server locations appear but all those outwith the ellipse of my filter range flash with a lock symbol. Eventually all those out with the ellipse stop flashing except the server on the west coast of America and the game after a minute or so will pop up with unable to connect to call of duty servers. It will keep doing this until i extend my filter ellipse to include the west coast server in America.

Now - here is the other part to this issue with the filter disabled and then enabled.... if i start the game with the geo filter disabled it will let me log into multiplayer and get to the find match screen, if i then re enable the geo filter which as i said in my first post includes a large part of europe, and the search for a game, it will find one on a European server no problem however once the countdown for the match starting gets to 0, i get a message saying the server rejected connection request... after i ok that message it then chucks me back to the main title screen as says unable to connect to call of duty servers.

^^^ all the while that server in America is flashing with a lock. to me it looks like the game is wanting some kind of authentication from that American server which it cant get because my filter, when enabled the way i want it, is just europe.

This is on PS4 Btw.

Definitely sounds like that server needs to be whitelisted, please could you click on it and copy and paste the ID it shows here so I can update the cloud.

no probs i'll post that for you later tonight when i log on

I just checked it and it's a dedicated server so it definitely shouldn't be causing that to happen. Are you fully zoomed out on the map? Is there anything else that appears as blocked?

What is the size of your radius? You may not have a dedicated server within your range. Recommend at least ~1000km radius.

Havent tried IW since my last post, just logged on tonight and its still doing the same thing. I.m fully zoomed out on the map and the only thing that is flashing is that west coast server. the game just will not let me play with the netduma active.

Are you using OpenDNS? As that is an OpenDNS server rather than a game server. Add it to your allow list and you should be fine as the game servers will still behave as they should. Then let me know how you get on. I'll then whitelist it if thats all good.
