Hey, welcome to the forum! Make sure when playing with friends to add them to the "Allow" list on the Netduma. That way, you should always be able to connect to them. As for the incorrect locations, make sure auto-cloud and bleeding edge cloud are ticked in settings > misc.

I could be wrong but if you were to get his ID that is assigned to him through the netduma you can report it to Fraser and he can update his location.

I was thinking the same thing Buck, I'm pretty sure we can get it fixed that way.

Our tech support wizard is ill at the minute; but he might be back tomorrow at which point I'll see if we can correct the location of your friends. If you could go on a private server with the friends whose locations are incorrect, and click on them on the Geofilter, you'll see an ID appear below. If you could provide us with the ID on this thread (Which is perfectly safe, don't worry.) then I believe we'll be able to get it sorted :)

OK why on earth would u have us start a forum of you are gong to be so rude about us double replying to forum? Netduma wouldn't be an thing without us as customers, so show some respect. We paid 200$ for this old hardware with "new firmware" on it. It's not our falter we are in panic mode when something doesn't work as it should. Obviously your product has issues that u need to fix! It's not our falter. U don't respond oh well. I will be sure to tell my friends and other how you treat your valued customers smh

I am confused. This thread is 2 weeks old and you didn't post in here at all. What are you referring to?
