gkontos10
Hello guys Am facing a serious problem with duma.. Last month my Internet provider (i paid for cable Internet) , upgrade my package to 75mbs/s, but with duma connected i get the maximum 40mbs/s Also am facing Internet lost from my WiFi devices.. How can i fix that problems?
Slipknot31286sic6
Are you using congestion control? This hinders your connection depending on sliders. Put back to 100 when not gaming. Make sure deep packet processing is unchecked and wifi work around unchecked
Slipknot31286sic6
I'll rephrase this for cc so the mods don't complain. If you have a lot of downloading on your network keep at 70/70. Tho this will drop your connection to probably 40meg as you see.
ColonicBoom
and reset the Device Priority and leave it 'Shared'.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 1, 2016 Administrators Share Posted September 1, 2016 Do the following: Reactive Algorithm 100% anti-flood Share excess enabled Reset device prioritisation & apply Disable IPv6 in WAN, LAN & misc Disable deep packet in misc Do a wired speed test from a PC
ColonicBoom
If what Fraser has said doesn't work (it should work), then you'll need to read this and provide the information that it asks for... http://forum.netduma.com/topic/11776-please-read-before-posting-a-support-thread/
fuzzy clam
When you use CC the speeds are going to be lower, just as if you use preemptive as it's a more conservative algorithm. And Slipknot the only reason the mods complain ,well we don't really complain just correct you is when you spread mis information to customers... Slipknot31286sic6
Mmk anyways. U give no real answer. Are you speed testing over wifi? Which from my experience with 100meg connection. Max I get is 40 on wifi. Get my true 100 on wired. Are you using doc sis 3.0 modem? Comcast screws people with 2.0 capping connection at 40 when I had mine. abc123
enable turbo mode, or even super turbo mode...this should give you max speeds over wired. 20Mb/s on wireless is probably normal
gkontos10
Also after factory reset am getting no ip info through laptop.. Hmmmm

Hmmmm Reenable WiFi workaround, that will stop your disconnects. What is the wired device you are doing a speed test through as the only wired device I can see connected is an IPTV. How did you do a factory reset? From miscellaneous settings or by using the button in the back of the router?
gkontos10
So one by one Wired speed test by laptop through speedtest.
