Acebri
I made a thread yesterday about this problem and its locked as i thought it had been solved . Have played 10 - 15 matches different lobbies and not one dedicated server have i played on . All i have done is turned my xbox one off for the night , have not changed any settings on my netduma and the problem happens again . My connection to player hosts was near never always dedicated servers until this last week which it is always hosts which is awful . Today i have tried resetting my netduma and putting in the following numbers to auto bleed and cloud 19 13 25 still cannot get a dedicated server

Dillinger
I wonder if you have an overflow server? Should be easy enough to check here in about 3 hours when the Double XP for the Fracture game mode comes on line. If you are able to connect to it this weekend, you have an overflow server that isn't always the primary selection for matchmaking. There is one in Las Vegas that opens up from time to time, or did, during big play weekends like Double XP. When I can catch it, I camp it as it plays pretty well, but during the week, it's never online for some reason.
fuzzy clam
I've run into the situation when all the dedi's disappearing and don't come back online for awhile, really no rhyme nor reason for it happening just know that it has happened to me before. Still have no proof that it's maintenance for the servers but to me it seems like that's the case as they just disappear, like someone turned off a light switch. Again that's just my opinion. maazsk97
I wish that happen to me as i live pretty far away from dedis but still connect to them constantly. I would prefer p2p if the host is good.

You and me both. I personally think the game will play better when I can build a library of P2P hosts. BO2 plays so well with the Duma on P2P that I still play it at least 2 days/nights of gaming a month.
Acebri
Since febuary i have connected to dedicated servers 98% of the time . The last week all i am getting is P2P not a single dedi connection . Just not sure if there might be something wrong with my duma
Netduma Staff Netduma Jack Posted July 29, 2016 Netduma Staff Share Posted July 29, 2016 There won't be anything wrong with the Netduma. First off, what are your Geofilter settings currently set to? One thing to bear in mind is that the ping of the server is what dictates your experience. So long as the ping in those games is good, it shouldn't matter too much whether it's dedicated or not. If you have a bad game, you should add that host to the block list; building a library of P2P hosts will help in the long term. Telling us where you're located will help, as I'm sure BO3 players could give you advice on how to set your radius for particular servers. Some players chose to set their Geofilter with a small radius on top of particular dedicated servers - maybe it's worth you doing the same. More information will help

Like i said i have had my netduma since january and have been using different settings since then and always connected to dedicated servers, and now even with the basic settings i still cannot connect to a dedicated server. I live in scotland argyll and bute. Always connected to the irish servers on xbox one. Even when i camp ireland only i cannot get the dedicated servers

Dillinger
Acebi - Do you have any of the IP's for the box in N. Ireland? I'm not from that part of the world, but do we have CURRENT proof the thing is on line and running for others? Reason I ask: There used to be "Seattle" based servers on XB1. Once Fraser and Co did a giant cloud update, the Seattle boxes "disappeared" so I was under the impression I just couldn't connect to it. I played with CoD Ultimate and put my ping assist at Base Ping+about 10ms and was able to verify there just isn't a box there on XB1. What is your base ping? Because if we take your base ping, and add some basic math to the Ping Assist, using the CoD Ultimate profile, I think we should be able to force a dedicated box. First order of business - We need confirmation the box is there and is hosting games TODAY. Who can verify that? Then once we know it is there and hosting games, we can work on trying to force a connection to that box for you.

Dillinger
So looks like your base ping is about 28-29ms. So if you put on Cod Ultimate, if you set your ping assist to about 38-40ms, with strict mode on, that will be your best bet of connecting to the local dedi there, ASSUMING it's there and on line. I would turn the console off and let the connection algorithm die out. To be safe the first time you try this, I would suggest waiting about 4-5 minutes Set up the Duma with CoD Ultimate profile with Ping Assist set to about 40-42ms. Let the two minute anti-cheat take effect. Turn the console back on and fire up the game. Now if that server is online and hosting BO3, this SHOULD connect you to it. I have used almost this exact same set up to camp remote servers all over the US and it has worked for me 90% of the time. But this is only going to work if that server is online and hosting the game. If there is no online server there, it may be a bit before you even see players pop up in any type of lobby. Acebri
I have been running cod ultimate with 50 ping assist and strict mode on , have also tried covering the whole of the uk and ireland combined with 50 ping assist and strict mode ticked , so what my netduma has been showing me is that there is not one dedicated server running in the uk and ireland this whole week which i think we all know is not true. And i play black ops 3 three to four hours + everyday so its not like im playing only a few hours a week

progprogprog
I am getting the same problem as you are having. Takes ages to find games and always on p2p which is shocking.0-50 0-50 checking 2 of 3 games found. What I did was reset the Duma set bandwidth etc Place geofilter over uk with PA 0 also forced manual cloud 19 13 25 and was able to find Irish server but if I turn Xbox off I have to repeat the procedure. Hope this helps Maybe a bandwidth issues as I am on 1 Mbps down 288Kbps up all my friends on fibre can find games instantly. Try turning geofilter off while booting Black ops 3 and wait for the numbers to fully change in top right corner Seem to help me out

Just to clarify p2p is update and dedicated server is temp ban so I am not mistaken to what I am connecting to .For 6 months straight I would connect to dedicate servers and see 1 -2 player hosts a week . This whole week I have had nothing but P2P and seems like I am not the only person that is having the same issue as me on Xbox one
