Bugs and high ping in game what's point nothing works right board of it now be nice to know when this new engine will be ready ?? And I know Duma army are working really hard on it can't wait hope it sorts stuff out? Bugs in game won't have anything to do with Duma, high ping maybe... Most likely it's the server. A new engine for the Duma isn't going to change the way the game works (I assume we're talking about Black Ops 3 here?) That game is just broken anyway. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 1, 2016 Administrators Share Posted July 1, 2016 The IP fragmentation issue is quite common and occurs with many other routers, not just our own. I believe the last time this came up we narrowed it down to an issue with the console. Are you connected via wifi or ethernet?
evo95
Ethernet console that's interesting flat on Sony half then?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 4, 2016 Administrators Share Posted July 4, 2016 Yes potentially something to do with the ethernet port. Try with wireless, do you get the same issue?
evo95
Changed mtu and it sorted the ip out set it to 1458 I very rarely use wifi for playing on console always thought wired were better?
Netduma Staff Netduma Jack Posted July 4, 2016 Netduma Staff Share Posted July 4, 2016 Wired is always the better connection; have you tried different ports on the router?
evo95
Is the light that it connected to suppose to be blinkin?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 5, 2016 Administrators Share Posted July 5, 2016 Great sounds like you resolved the issue. WiFi light won't blink but if data is going through the ports those links should blink yes.
