I let my brother play a few games and my K/D dropped as well but I didn't ask my mother for a refund.

All I'm trying to say here is that DUMA is not a K/D booster device. It helps you find low ping games and minimze congestion.

Maybe you should give us more details about your location, setup and settings.

Exactly I think some people think they are good when they are actually lagging and getting the benefit of lag comp to protect them but when they have no lag they do bad

What game are you playing,? If it is black ops 3 then good luck,

Seriously the r1 does exactly what it says it does when set up correctly.

What ping are you getting to host?

Have you run a diagnostic test?

What are the results?

I noticed your Download / Upload speeds are dramatically different when the Netduma is used. That has little to do with a game connection, but it can be adjusted and improved.

If you want your full Up / Down speed, go to Settings > Miscellaneous and enable Turbo mode (NOT Super Turbo mode). That should unlock 100Mbps+ speeds on the router if they're not working by default. Then go to Congestion Control and adjust both Upload and Download to 100% to get your full line speed.

That should be fine for general home use like downloading files and streaming media and you should feel safe in the knowledge that you can crank your internet connection when you want more speed. But, a fatter pipe doesn't necessarily mean a lower ping or more stable game connection, which is where you'll want to start tweaking things for gaming using Congestion Control and Host Filtering.

To find the optimal Congestion Control settings, start with the recommended 70 Up / 70 Down settings, then visit http://www.dslreports.com/speedtest and run a test for your connection type. It'll provide three ratings, of which Speed is the LEAST important. You'll want to improve Bufferbloat and Quality by LOWERING your speed in Congestion Control.

Tweak Upload downwards from 70 in increments of 5, e.g test Upload at 70, 65, 60, 55 and see if Bufferbloat and Quality improve. On the flipside, increase Download in increments of 5, e.g 70, 75, 80, 85, 90 and see how that affects Quality and Speed. You should nail down the optimal settings pretty quickly for an A or A+ overall rating. If you're lucky, you might be able to increase Upload speed above 70, but it's going to make little to no difference for a gaming connection.

From there you can follow the optimal settings in the Netduma wiki in regards to Host Filtering.

Put your speeds into bandwidth settings and allow it to auto setup for you.

For NAT http://wiki.netduma.com/doku.php?id=how_do_i_open_my_nat

Are you actually experiencing any lag? If so post the screenshots from here & we can help out http://wiki.netduma.com/doku.php?id=lag_support_instructions

I can't do a 1 on 1 based on your k/d going down. Of the two links I provided one explains how to open your NAT. The other link explains the screenshots you need to provide if you're having lag issues. If we can't resolve it after that we can do a 1 on 1.
