1st off, I love and use my Netduma XR5OO to the fullest. don't get it confuse.
For Warzone, I  use geo-fencing. This gives me low ping WZ lobbies. Anyhow,  I do get some  sweats in these lobbies, and its no way around it in WZ. It depends on the time of day and what-not that you'll breeze through some  lobbies like SBMM doesn't exist. 😁There isn't a certified way to get bot lobbies in WZ. Again, I use Netduma' geo fencing to compensate ping when I play WZ.
However, if you want true bot lobbies in Multiplayer like those famous phony Youtubers, I suggest you use  YT' search engine. There's a few channels that tell or even show you how to get bot lobbies in multiplayer. I can tell you how to actually  do it, but I don't think this is the right place to be showing actual steps on how to get bot lobbies in MW3. Anyway, good luck out there, and happy gaming.

Save your money and just buy any VPN service (Nord , express , surfshark etc) just VPN the specific ports of your console to change location(this changes the in game geo location but keeps you on local server)
This is essentially what these websites are doing and charging you more. 
Unfortunately there is no magic server or settings to get BOT lobbies all the time and if there is nobody is sharing them. You may get one every now and again but the rest will be normal. 

No worries! 99% won't do anything so try 70% for download/upload on Congestion Control and see if that helps. No you shouldn't need to prioritize ports

I was in this exact situation a while ago during Caldera, I bought an XR500 and already had a VPN subscription with Express. 
 
in my experience, the VPN experience that you see with the big streamers who play on PC does not reflect the experience you get on console. The reason for this I believe is there are websites out there such as No Lag VPN or SBMMOFF which they state is only compatible with PC.
What I do find in some games whilst using the VPN is that you find games much quicker, so essentially what this shows is that the VPN is scrambling SBMM and putting you into the first server that comes available.
Final thing is that if I was in a game that felt like a ‘bot lobby’, there would normally be 1 or 2 other teams that were major sweats!
My advice is manage your expectations and don’t expect to set everything up and be in bot lobbies all the time, it just doesn’t happen.

Furthermore there are many people like me who use the duma os use it to geo fence to look for so called "bot lobbies" and to also lower their ping.

News flash, Literally nobody who uses a gaming vpn for call of duty uses it for privacy.
We are looking for low latency servers and so called "bot lobbies", clearly you do not play the game in question.

And just so we are clear i have stated on many post my settings is for COD priority over anything else why i have 2 separate internets

i tried a few different settings and changing MTU 
 
most people are finding the vpn route and playing on the italian servers alright but i get the same ping if i vpn or just force the geo fence around those countries.
 
yes there is alot of sweats and alot of weasles hiding around corners. but thats COD  thanks for reply ill let you know if i find anything that helps i am playing around with DHCP and DNS 

I’ve been playing around with various settings, and tbh I haven’t found anything that consistently makes the game play any better.
I play on XSX so changing MTU doesn’t work, BA doesn’t offer any improvement and QoS seems to make it worse. The only thing I use is Geo Filter to UK/EU only, and I am also able to get on Spain/Italy servers for slightly higher ping if I use polygon mode.
The biggest problem for me is the fast TTK, and with the SBMM in this game I don’t think there’s much we can do about it if you’re playing against good players…or “sentinels” holding line of sight. There’s no setting on the router that can change how others play or who we get matched with, so the best way is to adapt our style of play accordingly.

Sup guys, this game has crazy fast ttk, i made no changes at all to any settings and when i first started playing this past Friday i was hating life because i felt like i was just getting smacked, One of my friends asked me what gun i was using i told him m4 he said that was the problem. Its trash. He also said he doesnt think it needs to be buffed its where the weapon tunning comes in at weapon max to where the gun accelerates and starts doing its job. I switch the the m16 and i was god mood. 1 trigger pull kills. the Lachmann-556 is a beast and so is the taq. 

Ingame it tells me the location I VPN to, but not sure if it has any impact on sbmm. Dont feel any difference to be honest

I believe philo wants to spoof the CoD location reading in order to circumvent SBMM, apparently there is a port specific to this location reading

Geolocating isn't working for me.  I usually fight lag compensation with previous games by putting myself on a different continent. Most of the time, I play in Australia from the US, and sometimes in Europe when I can't find games.  I have no issues with other games, but CoD always has some extreme lag compensation that puts me about a second behind. 
But now, geolocate does nothing.  It still finds only the nearest servers even with ping assist set to zero and a small location area.  I was able to geolocate fine during the beta and had good games.  
For me, the game just isn't playable at the closest server. And with no way to find other servers, I don't think I'll be playing at all.
The lag compensation is not terrible in Cold War or Vanguard (which I didn't like nor play much), it just seems ramped up on MW2 for some reason.  I had the same issue with MW 2019 as well.

are we best to just geo filter in the ocean and get lowest ping possible/ auto ping host on or off ?
 
should we prioritize specific traffic 
 
open NAT will obviously be best 
 
upnp/ipv6/dmz enabled or disabled / BEST network settings
 
ultimately anything that can make our bullet hit reg better please share the knowledge

I've moved the topic for you to CoD support. Do go through the optimal settings guides as there is a lot of information there. Also, every connection is different so settings will be different for everyone so experimentation is recommended.

It's strange cod is the only game where I get inconsistent connections but the good players I come across year after year always seem to dominate and be untouchable. They always have that connection edge where they can turn on people shooting them from behind and get the kill, people appear to be moving around slowly not reacting to them shooting etc. They obviously have some networking knowledge to be able to tweak their connection to give them this type of result year after year. Yes they are good players but how are they always on the "good side of lag comp?"
If I owned a company that marketed routers to gamers (where the majority of people played cod) I would do everything I could to make the users of my device have the best experience possible gaming. I would offer different predefined tweaks within the settings (qos schedulers/disciplines/latency etc) letting users find what works best for them giving them an enjoyable gaming experience. I don't see this as cheating as these options are explorable with different firmware, people just don't have the knowledge to do it themselves.

OK, did you copy your Express VPN username and password from the ExpressVPN site?
If so, can you paste those credentials into a plain notepad first and check that they don't have a space at the start of them? If they do, remove them and then re-enter these into the Set-Up section in DumaOS. See if it works after that.

Did you select the option to Only VPN these services when selecting specific ports? If you are then it sounds like you haven't entered the correct ports for the location aspect
