Glad you're all having an open converstation about networking, that's great! If I could ask you to take the conversation elsewhere though, this is the Netduma support forum, so not the place to be promoting alternative routers

Wow. This settings are GOLD. I've actually noticed a big difference in hitreg playing all night today. I'm consistently on Australian servers at around 90ms ping and these settings totally changed the way my gunfights are handled. I can still easily kill the enemy even if they fire first more often than now right now. Previously it was much harder to win the gunfight this way.
I'm on 1000/1000 fibre and this is my settings if anyone wants to try.
Global Internet Speed Set - 1000/1000
    Congestion Control : 50/50
    Bandwidth Reservation : 10U/10D (TCP/UDP 1-65535)
Tried 20U/20D initially but felt 10U/10D felt marginally better. Could be placebo I'll monitor and see over the next few days. Waveform results at 5ms ping with +0/+0 for both download and upload bufferbloat.
Just some random gameplay after using the above settings with nice crispy hitreg :

If the R3 is in the DMZ on the Hub and then as a test you put your PC in the DMZ on the R3 then check and it's still moderate then it's possible you have a CG-NAT.
Remove the PC from the DMZ as soon as you've done the test though.

No hassle at all getting them to swap it over a 5 minute phone call at about 2pm and then it was left to them it was switched over around 10pm that evening.

You'll need to remove the port forwards on the BT hub and put the R3 in the BT hub DMZ instead, then check if you get an Open NAT. If you don't disable the Geo-Filter, restart the game then check, if you then get open you can ignore the moderate reading going forward.

Here's what I've done as a example for COD warzone you can do the same for game launchers if that was something also you'd want to do.

You'll have to contact BT to get your ISP router put into ipv4. I 've had to do this with Virgin Media.
Have you tried also on the PC windows firewall making rules too for port forwarding you just copy and paste all UDP ports for inbound and outbound traffic and same for TCP so you'll have 2 rules inbound for TCP and UDP and 2 outbound for the same TCP and UDP.
If using any VPN's this could also affect your NAT type.

Call of duty launch always feels like this until they fix it. Even with no bufferbloat it feels like you get deleted. It feels like everyone else is instantly reacting which I don't particularly remember from launch last year. Very frustrating experience. Seems to vary from lobby to lobby.

Pretty much what's been provided in the guide.
Now, what also helps, is using the geo-filter. Everyone will be a little different.
Some will have better games playing on local, or close servers.
While others may have a better chance in playing on servers a little further away.
Our ISP's routing to the servers all differ.
So, using the geo-filter and isolating servers that give a better experience per user.

VeeDot reacted to Netduma Fraser in Restarting R3 everyday to get to the settings.
That could be due to increased CPU usage (we're looking into that), if you use the mobile app to view when playing for example it should be better.
Causing it not to work in what sense?
Could you provide a screenshot of it next time you see that?
    Try this for Geo-Filter:
Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.

Great results on the new firmware with Bufferbloat. 62.5% UP/DOWN for Congestion Control for my 1000/1000 Fibre connection.
Wifi also seems marginally faster and more consistent.
Gaming I have yet to try, will update.

By the looks of the amount of posts about various issues where it's a "Known issue" just proves this router was released 6 months too early. We are already over a month since we got our routers and basic functions such as not being able to get 1gig speeds is not working.
I used to think Netduma were great but now im telling friends and people online to avoid for now. We are essentially beta tester for the company with new problems being found on a weekly basis.
We shouldnt being needing to be relying on being sent "BETA" updates as the product has been released for public sale. New functions we should be expecting, not bug fixes.
This product is simply not fit for it's purpose in it's current state.
