Thanks for the clarification! Try accessing using the DumaOS app instead of the interface when playing as that would use less router resources, do you then get the same rubberband issue?
Ping Assist is a setting you change yourself, you can set that to 0.
Game servers don't respond to traditional pings so it may not always be able to ping servers, that is normal.
What device is disconnecting, how often, for how long etc

I think if you make a change and give it at least 10-30 seconds it should save by the time you next go to view it. By many settings at once give me an estimate, 10 settings in 20 seconds for example?
That makes sense because your PC will shift to prioritizing the web browser for CPU/RAM usage and then back again for example, especially given that you're viewing a live page - I have the same issue but that's why I use OperaGX to limit the CPU/RAM usage when I play a game and then it's all good. Ideally you wouldn't have the web browser open at all when playing as even at idle it will take resources. I'd be surprised if that was a specific network issue.
We're aware of Ping Optimizer not running 100% reliably at the moment and looking into it. In the meantime change the Congestion Control percentages manually.

I tried above steps provided to get through this error message. Didnt work.
I click CONTINUEW ANYWAY, then I get Geo-Filter not running.

What can I do next?
And I dont want to hard-reset router to lose all my devices configs. Something which i've had asked ages ago to enable backing-up device config so its easier to hard-reset and quick recover. 
 

Can you expand on the Geo-Filter not working exactly? What are your WiFi settings? Access from the WAN has never been an option on the R3. Can you clarify the loop of death?
How do you have WiFi set, have you adjusted the settings manually? You may need to experiment with the widths/channels to get the best result. If you could provide the logs for when they disconnect that would be really helpful
Do you have Geo-Latency or Ping Assist enabled?

You should see it on the Geo-Filter as an option for PC/in Traffic Prio but its not been added to Heatmap. Not every game has been added to Heatmap as the list would be very long otherwise! We're looking at better ways of organizing it so we can add more there without it appearing overwhelming.

That's fine, to make the R3 have a static IP to hopefully prevent this lease being a problem you'll need to do this on the right hand side - WAN > Network > Static. Check the WAN IP for the R3 on the System Information page then put in the Settings like this:
IP
(the WAN IP on the System Information page)
Subnet Mask
255.255.255.0
Gateway
(the IP address you use to access the box)
then apply and reboot, wait a few minutes and see if the issue happens again.

Can you provide a screenshot of your DHCP page please? What firmware version are you using?

Where have you set the static IP address for the R3 exactly? It all depends how that is done because if it hasn't been done correctly then that's why this could be happening

Hi Guys I Have 3 netduma Routers. Xr500, R2, R3. 
 
i can see alot of people having a similar problem with open NAT Type. On the XR500  there was a setting called NAT Filtering and it had 2 options (secure and open) if you set it to open then no matter how many console you had on that network they would all have open NATs. Is it not possible to have the same function on the R3? Xr500 was the only router I’ve ever used that could have open NAT on multiple consoles it was amazing you didn’t have to port forward or DMZ it just worked. 

It´s a dynamic ip, so they didn´t setup a static ip.
Also I will get out of cgnat asap. It´s 10 jumps

Based on the IP address you have there you have CG-NAT so you won't be able to get an Open NAT. You can do the test at the bottom of this guide to double check: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000076587-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-open-nat
What happens when you try to access the router via ethernet, what do you see?

Everyone has a public IP, I just did a trace to yours and didn't get any timeouts - did you specifically do the IP you see if you put my ip into Google?

I took the power of the fiber box. removed ethernet to it and set up the netduma. But without even having to enter login and password after reset.

Set the password and now   Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.77.1

@Netduma Liam @Netduma Fraser I resolved the whole iPhone Adblock/QoS issue. I must have enabled automatic HTTPS upgrade and  HTTP/3 under Settings-Safari-Advanced settings in the past and as soon as I disabled those everything started working.

The profiles get out of date so we need to update them. Delete it from the Geo-Filter and then go to Device Manager, give the device PlayStation device type, then re-add to the Geo-Filter using the manual option.
