Salut ! ça ressemble à de la congestion en heure de pointe côté FAI. Comme tous le monde se connecte à cette heure là, il possible que ton FAI congestionne au niveau du nœud de mutualisation et cré ce pic de ping ! Tu peux le voir en fesant un ping vers google ou autre, avant et pendant ces heures !
