En Wifi ? ou ethenet ? Fais un test benchmark sur le R2 et mets une capture d'écran !

Juste pour être sûr, l'ensemble des périphériques sur ton réseau sont connecté au R2 ? Car il suffit que tu es laissé l'accès wifi sur ta box FAI pour que quelqu'un prenne de la bande passante ...!

Ne te fies pas à ça, essayes de faire un test de débit sur ton PC plutôt avec toujours le même serveur !
