Ping stabilizer no stabilized ping whats going on?
Krush replied to Movement's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Hi ! Fraser will come back to you as soon as he is done enjoying his family. Just to be sure this happens on all servers or just the French server? -
Awesome, great to hear you were able to sort this out on your own!
-
Hi ! I will answer you what, I think, Fraser could possibly answer you. Netduma does not seek to allow you to bypass the sbmm but to improve your game quality. PS: Sometimes it helps to just ignore...😉

Correct set up from R3 setting to ps5 settings.
Krush replied to Goodwinn20's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Hi, You must activate strict mode! Also completely restart your PS5 after any change to the Geo-Filter because the configuration "sometimes" remains in the console or game cache. -

Hi ! It's due to steady ping... You can deactivate it by clicking on it!
-
And apart from flow tests... You tried something else as suggested upstream to see if there is really a problem... It's just a question 😉

Concretely, I carried out the test on 2 different PCs in the same places (5 meters from the R3, in another room) Result with QoS enabled: Don't just rely on the speed test for your conclusions (it's always subject to interpretation...) You can also test by uploading an FTP file. (at the moment local file transfers are not accessible. But I was able to transfer files at +120 MB/s using the R3's wifi6 between my 2 PCs)

A little patience, everything comes in time to those who wait! Think about the fact that it is constant development and that anything is possible!

Salut ! Je peux t'aider si tu veux !

Hi ! If you have a PC with 2 Ethernet cards, it's possible! Otherwise, it is always possible to put a USB/RJ45 adapter also on the PC.

Hi ! In some cases it is possible to remove the ISP router/modem and replace it with the R3 using PPPoE. If you can't do it, without going into details, the only difference between PPPoE (Bridge mode) and DHCP DMZ is that the R3 will either be live on your line, or on the subnet of your router/ISP mode. It all depends on whether this is a real bridge mode proposed...

Using R3 for DumaOS 4 Only / Access Point ?
Krush replied to juicehound's topic in Netduma R3 Support
This is physically impossible! In your screenshot you are connected to the other router which explains why you do not have access to the R3 administration page. Either you are on the network which allows you to have 5Gbps or you are on the R3 network to play but you remain limited to a speed of 1Gbps For example, I use my 10Gbps network to download games or other via my PC and I change networks to play and enjoy the options that the R3 gives me -
Using R3 for DumaOS 4 Only / Access Point ?
Krush replied to juicehound's topic in Netduma R3 Support
what you need to understand is when putting 2 routers in cascade creates a subnetwork... That is to say that the devices connected to the first router will not be accessible with the devices connected to the second router and the opposite too. The only way to keep access to the 2 is to keep a PC or Mac connected to the 2 routers. Clear : ONT-WAN ISP Router-Switch-R3 WAN If you want to keep devices at your maximum speeds, you connect them to your switch or ISP router. If you want to use gaming peripherals (PC/console or other) you connect them to the R3. In all cases you will need a PC or Mac connected to your main router and your R3 at the same time to maintain access to their respective administration page. -
Restart the R3 and try again! 😉

ANNOUNCEMENT: Introducing the Netduma R3
Krush replied to Netduma Lew's topic in News & Announcements
Yes, because it is not a question of removing the 1G port and replacing it, it is the entire WAN/LAN part to change (hardware/software). Not to mention the price of operating licenses... -
ANNOUNCEMENT: Introducing the Netduma R3
Krush replied to Netduma Lew's topic in News & Announcements
I would say a little less than a third of the price, which is not negligible...not to mention the compatibility problems with ONTs and ISP routers... A games room with 20 PCs on the same games should do well with only 10Mbps as online gaming consumes so little bandwidth... -
Using R3 for DumaOS 4 Only / Access Point ?
Krush replied to juicehound's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Hi ! I have speeds of 8Gbps, I put the R3 in dhcp behind my ISP router and only my gaming peripherals behind the R3. I have a PC with several Ethernet cards and an SFP+ port to enjoy maximum speeds while maintaining access to the R3. -
