I will do shortly. Connecting to NA is fine on console only and crossplay. It’s just eu that I can’t find lobby’s in 

It's worth trying a few times as it's not always successful right away. I have seen 2.4 & 5GHz give out in the past while 60 still works so that is likely unfortunately.
We've not brought out our own router capable of those speeds at the moment sorry to say

We're aware of Heatmap and will be updating it via the cloud this week but it will not effect your ability to use the Geo-Filter.

The servers aren't down, Ping Heatmap isn't showing the locations but that is on our side, it's not a reflection of if servers are online or not. It does not affect your ability to play the game or use the Geo-Filter

Fair enough! Battlefield 6 is a weird one to filter hence why we had to include something in this new update to make it filterable, I'll see if I can get the team to test it a bit more. Did you allow all the servers that appeared blocked in Ireland?

We are aware and due to the holiday in the UK the update for it has been delayed but it is coming and it won't impact your ability to use the Geo-Filter.

The update actually fixed it and everythings working perfectly now again!

It's probably the powerline adapter, it sees it but it wouldn't get an IP. It's fine for now, the lease will still renew while DHCP is enabled but hopefully it won't cause you to disconnect anymore

As the physical setup has changed the same settings for QoS may not work as well so you'll just need to fine tune it more - don't rely on auto setup just adjust it manually - we usually suggest starting at 70% then adjust by 10% up or down (it doesn't always have to be lower) until you get to a value that's pretty good then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved further. Download & Upload also don't need to be on the same percentage, you may have different percentages where they each give the best results.
It is important you have set the speeds you pay for/expect into the router though so it's using that as the basis, otherwise if you've left it with the speeds the in built speed test came back with for example then you may have them set too low and then you're then making it even lower than needed with the percentages.

As mentioned using a VPN raises your ping, that is normal behaviour and why we don't usually suggest that you use a VPN while gaming.
