This is with flushing the cloud in the respective option menus not 'forcing' correct? TrayDay has some great advice above, you will likely need to do that in order to 1) Get an open NAT & 2) That could be blocking the cloud downloads. Let us know how you get on with his suggestion. Did you prioritize for latency or bandwidth? Sounds like latency, prioritize bandwidth, does it give you a higher result? It is something we've seen in this build and we are looking at this. It's only possible to show players if you make direct connections with them, with a game like MW where you connect direct to a server it isn't possible to show all the players. Really glad you're enjoying it so far! -

Okay thanks for letting us know. If you click close on that and in the Geo-Filter & Ping Heatmap options respectively flush the cloud in each place does that work and then allow you to use the features properly? Are you receiving internet through the router and to your devices? What is your exact physical setup? -

A cloud update will just happen in the background so you don't need to do a firmware update or anything like that. Once you force it to do the update do the features work correctly? -

Thanks for the information, in Settings > LAN > General and Settings > WAN > General could you disable IPv6 in both places please and see if you can establish a connection with WiFi when QoS is both enabled and disabled? -

That's really strange, if anything disabling QoS would have helped with that issue. Thank you very much for figuring that out, I will let Iain know so he is prepared for this tomorrow as that's definitely something we're keen to get to the bottom of and fix ASAP. Sorry just to clarify, are you able to connect wireless devices after disabling QoS? -

Great to hear you're enjoying it and thank you very much for the feedback. There isn't auto channel selection at the moment but I will suggest this to the team to implement. Haha good suggestion, will let the team know and see if we can implement something to help with this. I don't think this is necessary as unless you're transferring files/streaming to other devices on your LAN in won't restrict you in anyway there unless I've misunderstood? -

Thank you for the information. Could you try this please and if that doesn't work Iain can take a look tomorrow. Disable Mirror settings and for the 2.4GHz set channel 1 and apply please, then for 5GHz set channel 36 and apply please. On your devices 'forget' the WiFI connection and then attempt to reconnect again with the password. -

Thank you both for the information. Try the above suggestion but could you also try seeing if you can gain a connection using the guest WiFi? Also on the specific devices you're using are they set to use automatic network settings or have you set manual settings on them previously? -

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. Where are you seeing the exclamation mark - on the device you're trying to connect wirelessly? Have you connected the antennae to the router? Try this: disable the WiFi completely, apply, reboot then enable it, apply, reboot and see if it works please. -

Glad to hear you're enjoying it. You definitely should be able to set up via ethernet, what happened exactly when you had your PC connected via ethernet to the LAN ports? We'll have to look at that, might be just to do with your connection. You can set up scheduled pings so that you can view how the ping changes over time. -

I think there will be quite a few videos from users who will be doing thing, I know at least a handful that will. If we get the time then we'll try to make a proper walkthrough. The mobile app is still in development but is progressing along nicely. Thanks, will try and get you boosted up the list. What is your order number? I'll take a look. We're trying to get a lot of orders out at the moment so tracking numbers might come later once we put them in the system but they will have been shipped. -
