Hi!
I have been waiting for the Wireguard support but can't read that's included in this Beta release. There have been some mentioning a couple years back that you will add it to the XR series because you already have it in the R2.
What is the actual status?
It's up to Netgear really but I will ask the team to see what is happening with it.

At least the time has fixed so that won't be it. Could you try putting the DHCP lease time to 10 minutes so 0 hours, 10 minutes, apply, reboot, wait 2 minutes before accessing and see if that resolves it? It seems counter productive but someone in Early Access did this and it seemed to work for them.

Creo que Alex está un poco abrumado por las nubes en este momento, pero se lo recordaré.

Você poderia nos dizer qual é o erro, por favor? Isso nos dará uma indicação do problema.

i solved the problem by logging in from the phone and clearing the source of the error
Well done for getting it sorted, how are you factory resetting exactly?
-
Do not reload the backups, if you're going to do a factory reset for an issue it's best to start fresh, loading backups can basically re-introduce issues that you've essentially saved like that last one I can tell that will definitely be because of a saved config. So you'll need to factory reset and set it up clean, it won't take long and it should work a lot better.

Latest public is .134 https://kb.netgear.com/000064857/XR500-Firmware-Version-2-3-2-134

Yes you can downgrade using the 10.0.0.1/adv_index.htm page

I set the serial number of the router and ok, immediately after it asks me to answer the secret questions that I have set personally and it gives me an error, I will never get out of it ....
It should only be asking that if you've entered the login credentials wrong or press cancel on it. If you really can't get past it then you'll have to factory reset.

Reupgrade through 10.0.0.1/adv_index.htm to get access then going forward reboot in the way I mentioned or from the interface, not by pulling power

Is there away of bringing the idle down? or like you say it's the servers
I think it's the servers based on the speedtest result so you've brought down Ping Under Load to the best level, it will carry over to that low ping if you see what I mean so won't go much higher than it
-
You'll need to keep trying the reboot/wait process until it loads up correctly

Hello I'm I use pppoe but 1 gibit network but I get 300 down up 130 I look up lot video on YouTube but can't find anything about how fix try disable qos and ipv6 changes nothing but if try behind isp router than work fine but than not work from qos . Because my isp disable dmz and portwarding . If get 500 .500 I'm happy and sorry for my bad English
What is your physical setup e.g. ISP router/modem > R2 and how is that setup? Where are you testing the speeds? Are ALL devices connected to the R2?

Do you think the idle ping is high? I know do download and upload ping look nearly the same
A little but that's probably more to do with the server it's using to test as your speedtest.net ping as low so I think you're all good!

I think I have sorted it what do you think?
That looks good as far as I can tell, basically no change from the baseline which is what you want!
-
That could be why, you do not need to unplug the power, just pushing the button, waiting 10 seconds and pushing it again will do. Do that and then wait a few minutes once it turns on and see you can access and whether rebooting in this way allows you to keep access.

Hi Fraser if you have bufferbloat do you move the slider's down or up?
Generally down, though some people have good results with higher values

How are you restarting the router exactly? By pulling the power, pressing the power button or via the interface?

I perform the usual routine, I turn off the vpn and restart the router, boom I can't log in anymore, I don't like this version, we're at 10 reset
So you're getting the issue now with it completely disabled before a reboot as well? We have reproduced the issue happening when enabled and rebooting.

I'll try that next time I use the router. I get frustrated with it and put it away for awhile.
No worries, let us know how you get on when you use it again
