Yeah the servers can have a high amount of traffic of people playing on the servers and that causes a lot bad connection problems.

Who knows why he said that.

The Geo Filter doesn't remove or cancel SBMM, that is an Activision COD function. The Geo Filter around certain servers is to keep us in low ping games, but I have never known it to block SBMM. I know the Duma team is working very hard to get us a new firmware and they will let us know. Can't wait to see what the Duma team come up with next!

I pay for 500 down and 50 up. I change my speeds to 100 down and 50 up, place CC for download at 50% and 93% for upload and get A+ in Wave Form Bufferbloat test. Changing speeds makes a difference.

This was my findings too. With Speed Test Bypass enabled the download and upload Active went crazy high. Once disabled it was A+. -

It's under the WAN setting and you click and open the Advanced section. It will be there where you can add your custom DNS, but also disable the Upstream DNS in order to use your custom DNS.

Is higher download latency actually better in COD ?
Alex49H replied to unknownid's topic in Call of Duty Support
This was something I used to do and a friend / legend A7Legit had suggested I think. You set up your CC and at the same time I would play a long Youtube vid like a movie. I think it was legit and worked, but haven't done that in awhile. Have to remember that background downloads can also cause congestion and trip up your gaming, but it is worth a try.
