Ian88 Posted October 11, 2015 Posted October 11, 2015 Just a quick question really.. So black ops 3 is a few weeks away from launch. Will the netduma support it right out the gate?
lukasz Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 Hello there.... Hell yes it will do it worked grate on beta of.Bo3 and it sure will do same.job for Bo3. As it did for AW. Dont need to worry my friend.
lukasz Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 Only thing i can think of was that somepeople need to port forward some ports to get open nat as the Upnp didnt as good as it should but those are minor little tweeks. All of the main features of this little white box worked well for me and many others.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 12, 2015 Administrators Posted October 12, 2015 Absolutely, though it did somewhat work in the beta, of course we will double check it works for the full game.
A7Legit Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 I think we'd need to give it a few days, whilst it worked for the BO3 beta it wasn't perfect.
Dillinger Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 Like what has been echoed above, I would doubt the software will optimized on night of the launch, but the community as a whole seems to be about 80-90% in favor of playing the new title, so I suspect the number of "Duma testers/testing games" will be pretty high right out of the gate. With that said, NetDuma has been very good about offering help and updates for new titles, so I have no doubt within the first couple of weeks of launch the Duma will probably be running better than the game will.
Ste Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 Didn't work for me in beta, created lag and other issues, had the geo filter turned off for ps4 and xbox betas.
Dillinger Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 Didn't work for me in beta, created lag and other issues, had the geo filter turned off for ps4 and xbox betas. The Duma wasn't optimized for the Beta, and I think the guys took some feedback from the reports on Beta test play. I would suspect that 90%-95% plus of the games out of the gate on the weekend of the 6th are going to be on dedicated servers, as they are currently running Blop2 games on them. Hopefully they are tuning the servers for the game play. The Duma folks can tune the settings for ping and local congestion, but they can't do much with the dedicated server is a black hole (like Seattle's XBL version).
fuzzy clam Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 So true JD,let's hope they put more effort into the dedi's for BO3
