Trying to set this up to play destiny but, cant even get to the sign in point. XB1 says network is fine, multi i sfine but network stats say 60 down, 12 up, and 100% packet loss??

what am i missing here

That usually means there's a problem with Xbox Live.

so that was the issue. fixed now. BUT, now i see no host, ping peers or really any data.

Control F5 to force refresh the page.

 

For future reference don't ever go by what the Xbox network test shows you, it's very inconsistent

Also ensure auto cloud & bleeding edge are ticked and applied. Even if selected already apply again as this will reflush the cloud.

I couldn't see any data when I used my laptop to monitor stuff, turned out it was AVG anitivirus software stopping it, turned it off and all worked fine.
