Welcome to the forum, having issues can be frustrating but lets try to point point the problem for you. What game are you playing and for what system or computer?

You posted great starting information! Could you do a Internet Diagnosis from the Netduma GUI and post the results?

Can you set your GeoFilter as shown here: http://wiki.netduma.com/doku.php?id=cod_pub

If you haven't been through the fine tuning guide can you do that :) http://wiki.netduma.com/doku.php?id=fine_tune_netduma

Also make sure you have bleeding edge cloud ticked in Settings >> Miscellaneous then press apply.

On the Host filtering section it should be right under Geo filter. Check the pic. If not your are not on the latest update.

At the bottom of screen what is your debug version? It should be 1.03.4.  If you need to upgrade follow this link's instructions exactly when and if you upgrade. Thanks.

Maybe that was my problem it says im on the latest update but apparently im not so i will do more testing with the new update

I think your problem lies with your old router/modem. I'm not a network specialist but I've messed with router settings for countless hours. I bought my Netduma two days ago and nothing I did would eliminate the lag. I put my Netduma IP in the old router (Netgear) reserve and DMZ'd but still no use. It wasn't until I ticked a secured NAT (not OPEN) and disabled my SIP ALG that I completely eliminated the lag. I also Port forwarded on the Netduma and unticked Upnp. Hope this helps :)

No problem.  This is a problem that the administrators are going to be fixing.  The only way to update now is with manual update.  Under Upgrade and you are running the latest firmware notice is not functioning fully.  Sorry for any inconvenience. Happy gaming.

@Multifeed i dont think so and i only used to use my cable providers router and modem i had superb connection but there would be times when i connected to people in far away lobbies like france or something due to advanced warfare's sbmm thus creating lag so i bought this router so i can play with people within my area and just replaced my old router i never had problems in ghost and my ping is 10ms to my provider

Well at least there is helpful mods like yourself. I just did the upgrade everything went smooth, thanks. Is there an area on the forum where I could get the Miscellaneous settings? I'm having good connection now that I disabled my old router firewall but I still want to make sure I'm using the optimal settings. My connection is below 5mb just in case that matters with Misc. settings. Thanks for any help you can provide.

@Souaibou running a speed test to your ISP servers is always going to be the fastest because it is usually test the closest servers. To get more accurate results, go to speedtest.net or pingtest.net and test on a server that is closest to the furthest location for your Geo Server range. I usually test to New York or Canada just to see the highest possible ping as I have my Geo Filter set to the entire U.S. and live in Texas.  I get very little lag even in 100ms lobbies, at least on MW3 which has the worst lag comp ever.

If you follow the instructions in the following link and only change the settings from default if instructed you'll have the most optimum setup with the Netduma :) http://wiki.netduma.com/doku.php?id=fine_tune_netduma

You have 20ms of jitter in your duma net diags , for me that would be unplayable and unexceptable.

Please do further tests to see if that was a one off or not , perferable at peak times so after dinner from 6-7pm onwards.

You can also use Ping Plotter To help diagnose a jitter issue.

Type 8.8.8.8.8 in the bar and set to update every second and trace.

I see 22 ms jitter
Lowset 10ms  highest  32ms via a duma diags.

without seeing te ping plotter output , no one csn say what the results hold.

please run at peak times :)

I don't think thats how jitter is calculated. I could only find one place that explained how to do it and that was ping plotter who said to calculate the difference between each of the pings then get an average of that. It's explained in the link I linked :)
