What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode

Are ALL devices connected to the R3?

How have you setup the Geo-Filter?

I have it hooked up straight to the fiber box

27-68 differs from each server

That would indicate your Geo-Filter could be too large and covers too many servers. Try to just keep the closest/lowest ping servers within your radius. You'll need to fine tune your Congestion Control percentages to get better results on the above as well.

What's a base line % to use for CC?

Its not just you, the servers are in really bad shape. I run into this a lot as well. You gotta just keep backing out of lobbies until you get into some smoother ones. I wouldn't soubt if they manipulate things too. That's been talked about since they integrated in 2019. Another thing I would suggest is turning off crossplay if you are on console. It will help. Cheers!

Never had an issue until last week, an adjust what?

Congestion control, adjust until the wave form test shows an A+ result with 0’s.  Keep an eye on the jitter, you want that as low as possible (0.8 or lower).

Ok i will work on that tomorrow.  I wonder if a factory reset would help?

Couldn't hurt, but you will need to adjust congestion in order for things to straighten out.

We usually suggest starting at 70% and experimenting from there. Networking has so many variables, even if you don't specifically change anything doesn't mean other things don't change that could impact you.
