unknown activities

Is there a way in the smartboost to see unknown activity. Where its actually coming fr

If you go into Stats for Nerds section you can look there at your Unknown traffic.. It will show an Ip address of where its coming from.. It wont show anything more then that.. Basically it will show Ip and port number.. You can look up the Ip address to see what it is..

Usually why its Unknown is its either encrypted or is something the DPI doesnt pick up or feel is important.. Back ground noise basically..

Exactly as above, if we had any more information on the traffic it wouldn't be unknown! If you can identify what it is and believe it should be classified let us know and we can look into it.
