For IPV6 to actually be on, I have to enable it in WAN also?

Yes that would be correct.. If you want to enable IPV6 you do have to enable it on the WAN..

I'm on firmware 3.3.280 and I can't use IPv6. I tested ipv6 on the ISP modem and it is working correctly, but on R2 it does not work. Is this a firmware bug?

Disable IPv6 on just LAN and then see if it works after a reboot please

I did the tests and ipv6 only works if R2 is in pppoe. But the R2 speeds are very low.I have 500mb download and R2 does not deliver my contracted bandwidth speed.
