Michu89
Hi team, in my opinion there are a lot o bugs and I Think if you fixed even one bug you should release the new firmware and work for anothere one. I Think you are waiting for big patch but people are flustered. I don’t see any information on your web that this is beta version so please fix the bugs step by step but fast. sloon
Michu89
and additionally we now have to choose between broken versions. if we have more versions with gradual improvements, whenever a new one comes out that we don't like, we will be able to go back one version and not, as now, every decision is bad. cljackhammer
@Michu89 this is fair, but honestly, Netduma’s SDLC requires a lot of work. They don’t release firmware updates frequently, even for critical issues. We basically had to complain to get the CPU usage fix released and honestly, we would still be waiting for that fix if we didn’t complain (poor Fraser). It’s almost been 2 months and we still have not seen firmware for the other issues; furthermore, the lack of transparency is troublesome. We don’t know what’s being worked and how it’s being prioritized.
Michu89
This is not fair for the people:( but another star (driftor) is telling us how this R3 is great how we can switch sbmm and we still don’t have good system. titofuenla
Alex49H
The Geo Filter doesn't remove or cancel SBMM, that is an Activision COD function. The Geo Filter around certain servers is to keep us in low ping games, but I have never known it to block SBMM. I know the Duma team is working very hard to get us a new firmware and they will let us know. Can't wait to see what the Duma team come up with next! cljackhammer
Driftor clearly doesn’t understand SBMM. SBMM is an algorithm applied in the game itself. It isn’t a router function. Alex49H

It isn’t a router function. I will give you an example of why the geo-filter can help reduce (not eliminate) SBMM algorithm effects. I live in San Diego, California. There are Cal of Duty servers in Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay Area. I put my geo-filter around the state of California with strict mode. I am a very good player with great stats and typically play in a party with other great players. With the geo-filter off, we are constantly being thrown into East Coast and Texas servers and very rarely get a CA server. Every game is a sweat fest with similar great players and mostly parties. With the geo-filter on, we get a better mixture of players (parties and non-parties). Yes, we still get SBMM with the CA servers; however, we get a different pool of players with various skill levels. Yes, we get a few sweaty games but it is not EVERY single game. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 15 Administrators Share Posted February 15 I appreciate it is frustrating but new firmware is being worked on, I don't think we're prioritizing huge updates over frequency but it does take a little bit of time
