We're looking into the issue for the XR1000, keep an eye out on the app store for future updates

Ping optimizer is busted after update. UDM Pro latest update caused my R2 to get super low speeds so was trying out the R2 running my network for the evening, kinda disappointing seeing the broken app and not being able to optimize my ping now.

You can still optimize it, just need to adjust your Congestion Control percentages manually

It's an issue with the app, no one with an XR1000 will be able to access the app currently. We're looking into it and will push an app update once fixed.

Saw an app update today so I installed it.  App still will not connect to xr1000. Same issues as last week along with other posts.

I'm the very same XR1000 running firmware v1.0.0.68 even trying manual entry to re-setup the app after uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times doesn't help.

It's the holidays, there is no one in to work on the issue, once the team are back from the holidays they can look into it further
