this does not make sense so i have set my QoS Up as you see i have an A+ Score same goes with speedtest.net i run it and no spikes through the whole test stable at 3ms both DL/UL how come DumaOS reports like that

it's very sensible in fact, the spikes are present on the 2 tests
the wave test shows the average...

If you want to super lock in your bufferbloat. Ensure you minimise the "MAX ms" get it as low or as close as you possibly can to your "MEAN". Because, your ping is usually a single digit. But the ping SPIKES to 100+ms for download and 40+ms for upload. It's not constant, but it can happen with your current QOS/ Congestion Control setup. If someone is downloading or uploading on your network.

Good advice above, also the Connection Benchmark uses the Google servers for the Ping tests so depending on the quality of your connection to those servers it may differ from other sites
