No, you have to purchase a VPN subscription from HMA (or another VPN provider you want to use). You can purchase it from their website :)

I wouldn't suggest HMA personally, but just have a search online for a VPN, a gaming VPN if you're going to use it for gaming or any other for anything else :)

I have used PIA for a little over a year. It all depends on what your looking for in a VPN.

HMA is garbage if you research them.

ok i play call of duty on ps4 and stream through ps4 as well as pc and i get hit offline alot. so i want a vpn that will hide my ip and not make me lag . thats y i got the netduma r1. so yea what u guys think i should get

Unless you're a pc gamer I would not recommend using a VPN.

I would disagree, using a VPN has many benefits. Not just for general privacy when browsing the web but even for gaming. You could protect your IP from spammers that could DOS attack you and lag your internet connection. In call of duty for example spam the host and a new host would get redirected. The odds of someone having a bigger pipe then you when using a VPN is rare.

i play in online tourney and alot of kids get mad and ip flood me or ddos me and its annoying

The Netduma R1 will give you over all better ping to games around you, using that with a VPN would work great. Just make sure to set your GEO-FILTER close to the VPN server you are connecting to.

I'm curious.  Are you into MLG or UMG or even into league play?  I can see the need for VPN if you're doing that type of competition.  Just playing pubs, i've never been ddos'd.  Just wondering what type of modes you're playing when getting booted offline.

You need to find the instructions on how to set it up for Open VPN. What is the name of your VPN provider?
