major masingil Posted July 26, 2015 Share Posted July 26, 2015 Playing some Titanfall the other day and noticed the 'US-East' Servers were showing up in Kansas on the Geofilter. The Ping was ridiculously high in comparison to my normal levels. I traced the route. It had 16 hops going across the country and back a couple of times. I reached out to Respawn to see what the deal was, and they indicated the servers were in Virginia. My question is; How reliable is the Geofilter for showing the actual place where the server is located? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you find an incorrectly located circle on the GeoFilter you can report its actual location here. lukasz Posted July 27, 2015 Share Posted July 27, 2015 Just one thing to add on the top off what crossy sad is that thise things happens many reasons for that mislocated Ip or Ips changes etc. Though ping is the king and if you sad you are pingin to it bad it could be that this host is far away or just a shity host.
