R2 is slowing my internet speed down

When I run speed tests if I am connected directly to the modem I get much better speeds than I do going through the R2. I have tried DMZ hosting the R2 through the modem and that didnt help. I also tried putting the modems Port 1 to bridge state and that didnt help either.

I plugged my laptop directly into the R2 and got good speeds. So the issue seems to be the wifi of the R2. My down speeds are very slow, around 200 or less and my upload is at around the same. I am on a 100/400 connection.

Are you in close proximity to the R2 when running tests on wireless devices? You could try using a Wi-Fi analyser (There's one on the Microsoft Store called 'Wi-Fi Analyser') to find which channels are the least busy in your area, then adjust the R2 Wi-Fi settings to use these channels. That might help!
