TheJackah Posted July 17, 2015 Posted July 17, 2015 For reference: http://www.amazon.co.uk/BenQ-RL2755HM-27-Inch-Gaming-Monitor/dp/B00SJANIWA/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1437150879&sr=8-1&keywords=benq++RL2755HM Might pick one up; I've had my eyes on another BenQ monitor. They seem to have quite a good range geared towards gaming.
Dillinger Posted July 17, 2015 Posted July 17, 2015 I have a BENQ monitor, though I don't know the exact model. Hands down one of the best purchases I have made for my gaming experience. It's behind the [Duma] on the short list, but not by much. Great product and nothing but good things to say about it.
Matt_Akira Posted July 17, 2015 Posted July 17, 2015 Yeah I've got a BenQ it's an RL2455hm great little monitor!
sharpz44 Posted July 17, 2015 Author Posted July 17, 2015 I purchased the rl27 and I must say its like night and day, though had to adjust settings to preference and now it's good, plus it's cheap .
AOrtiz Posted July 17, 2015 Posted July 17, 2015 Do you think it matters if you have a 120 hz monitor for my PS4? I know its on 60 hz but do you think it matters much. I just think my 120 hz will not be able to see anything more than 60hz but the graphics will look amazing.
PharmDawgg Posted July 17, 2015 Posted July 17, 2015 You are correct AOrtiz. The 120hz will be wasted.
iAmMoDBoX Posted July 17, 2015 Posted July 17, 2015 Do you think it matters if you have a 120 hz monitor for my PS4? I know its on 60 hz but do you think it matters much. I just think my 120 hz will not be able to see anything more than 60hz but the graphics will look amazing. All consoles only put out 60hz so anything higher is just a waste of money. The 2455 BenQ is an awesome monitor for console gaming and so is the RL2460HT which is the same screen with adjustable stand and hdmi out for streaming/capturing
AOrtiz Posted July 17, 2015 Posted July 17, 2015 k thanks all. I saw one online and thought the picture was a lot nicer but I knew it would be able to display the 120 but at minimum the 60.
ziocomposite Posted July 17, 2015 Posted July 17, 2015 Does anybody have an ips monitor (non-gaming) and benq variety and would say it's a big enough difference? Currently use an AOC i2757 with about 10.2 ms of lag.
fuzzy clam Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 Agree with everyone on the fact that BenQ monitors are great and priced so they don't break the bank.Which will lead to less problems with the Mrs trying to explain why you need a monitor when you have a TV and they're the same thing aren't they
