They keep changing their server information, not sure why, maybe related to Vanguard. Basically we're updating it about twice a day which is considerably more than usual. Later today, go to Ping Heatmap and in the three-line menu, click Resync Cloud. You should then be able to see server information, do this periodically if you keep noticing servers go down as it's possible we've pushed another update. We're hoping not, but we are trying to work out an alternative fix to the problem so we won't have to update the cloud every day. We're working on it!
