Vipeeeer Posted May 1, 2021 Posted May 1, 2021 the auto ping no longer shows up for me anymore doesnt show the servers of the game when booting up a game and then the filter hangs while looking for games and can be seen in game as the screen gets stuck on initializing and then when i do find a game only sometimes itll show me the right server, and with the radius on im still getting forced to connect to servers outside the radius? ping assist is off and the radius is only around london, but im being matched with people in france on the french server, though it gets blocked, then sometimes i find a game and the filter doesnt even show what server im playing on..

Vipeeeer Posted May 5, 2021 Author Posted May 5, 2021 i zoomed out when it did that and there was nothing showing up on the geo map now on my ps5 it no longer shows auto ping to servers anymore i had it working while i had switched to 5gband wifi, but it never worked on ethernet cable for some reason and now it doesnt work on both, only when it decides in game. itll show some servers when im in a matchmaking lobby, and then majority of the time blank nothing when im clearly in a game as shown by my tv, trust me i've pulled the filter out to no zoom and theres nothing else showing up when this happens, also it takes me a long time to find games now for some reason

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 5, 2021 Administrators Posted May 5, 2021 If you have switched connection methods then the console may be showing as another device on the Device Manager, check the IP on the console itself and then check the Device Manager for the device you think it is and re-add to the Geo-Filter if needed. Once that message appears refresh the page and the cloud will have resynced successfully.

What about QoS isn't working? Are you seeing lag/connection issues in-game?

If you want them to stick to their allocation then disable Share Excess. What was the ping as shown by the Geo-Filter? Was it spiking?
Vipeeeer Posted May 9, 2021 Author Posted May 9, 2021 the server shows it jump from like 14ms to like 30ms and gameplay is bad at times, although right now i've hard wired to console again gonna see how it is for now, 2 games in 2 wins and slight bit of lag but its better and responsive compared to before
